How is the $500 credit applied to my billing?
We apply the $500 credit as a balance on your Fast Tracking account on the day you go live. Each month, your invoice is offset by the credit balance until it's drawn down to zero. For most anaesthetists building a private practice, that's three to four months of billing fees fully covered.
When does the referrer receive their $500 Mastercard?
Once the referred anaesthetist has completed three consecutive months of active billing with Fast Tracking. Active billing means at least one collected invoice processed each month. The Mastercard gift card is issued in the fourth month and posted to the address we have on file for you.
What if the new anaesthetist cancels before three months?
No Mastercard is issued to the referrer in that case. The $500 credit already applied to the referred anaesthetist's account is not clawed back — we don't believe in punishing the person who tried us.
Can one anaesthetist refer multiple colleagues?
Yes. There's no cap. Each successful referral pays one $500 Mastercard to the referrer. Refer five colleagues over the year and that's $2,500 in your pocket — assuming each completes their three months with us.
How do you verify the referrer is actually one of your clients?
We cross-check the referrer's name on the form against our active client list. If there's any ambiguity (common surname, multiple matches), we'll contact the referrer directly to confirm before we issue the reward.
Are there tax implications for the referrer?
The $500 Mastercard gift card may be assessable income for the referring anaesthetist. We recommend you speak to your accountant about how to treat it for your circumstances. Fast Tracking does not provide tax advice.
Can the $500 credit be redeemed for cash?
No. The credit applies only to Fast Tracking billing fees and is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not exchangeable for any other product or service.
I'm not sure if my colleague is on Fast Tracking yet. Can I still apply?
If you've been told about us by an anaesthetist, complete the form — we'll check whether they're a current client. If they are, the program applies. If not, we'd still love to talk. The boutique service is the same either way.
06The Fine Print

Plain English. The whole story.

If a referral program has so many conditions that you need a lawyer to read them, it isn't really a referral program. Here are ours — in full, in order, in plain English.

  1. The $500 billing credit is applied to the referred anaesthetist's monthly Fast Tracking invoice from go-live. It draws down from $500 to $0 across consecutive billing cycles. Any unused balance does not expire, but is forfeited on account closure. The credit is not redeemable for cash.
  2. The $500 Mastercard gift card is sent to the referring anaesthetist after the referred anaesthetist completes three consecutive months of active billing with Fast Tracking. Active billing means at least one collected invoice processed in each of those three months.
  3. Eligibility. Both parties must be Australian-registered specialist anaesthetists. The referred anaesthetist must be new to Fast Tracking — not a returning client within the previous 12 months.
  4. Verification. The referrer's name on the form must match an existing Fast Tracking client. We may follow up directly with either party to confirm before issuing rewards.
  5. One reward per successful referral. A referring anaesthetist may refer any number of colleagues. Each successful referral pays one $500 Mastercard gift card. There is no annual cap.
  6. Cancellation. If the referred anaesthetist cancels before completing three months of active billing, no Mastercard is issued. The $500 credit already applied to their account is not clawed back.
  7. Tax. The $500 Mastercard gift card may be assessable income for the referrer. We recommend you speak to your accountant about treatment for your circumstances. Fast Tracking does not provide tax advice.
  8. Mastercard terms. Standard Mastercard gift card terms apply — including activation, expiry, and any fees set by the card issuer. Read the card carrier on receipt.
  9. Privacy. Information submitted via the form on this page is used to onboard the referred anaesthetist and to contact the referrer to confirm the referral. We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full position.
  10. Program changes. Fast Tracking reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Referral Program at any time. Referrals already submitted when changes are made will be honoured under the terms in force on the day the form was submitted.
