Fast Tracking is looking for its first Hobart anaesthetist. From Bendigo we'd collect your lists, send IFCs 7 days before surgery, invoice within 48 hours of your codes and chase rejected claims weekly, for 4.5% + GST of what we collect. Phones are open 9am–5pm Hobart time, the same clock as Melbourne all year.
You'd stay in theatre. We'd do the rest.
We would contact every surgical room you work with — from Calvary Lenah Valley to Hobart Private to your day-surgery sites — and build the relationship ourselves. Your lists would come to us every week (you could still send them yourself if you prefer). You wouldn't be the courier of your own data.

As our first Hobart anaesthetist, you’d have a named Account Manager who learns how you practise. When you phone, you’d speak to the person who handles your billing day to day.

"National coverage" can mean very little if nobody knows the rhythm of a Calvary list, or who Hobart's surgical room schedulers are by name. We don't know that yet either. What we do have is the same boutique service we've delivered to private anaesthetists on the mainland since 2018, and a practice manager who'd build the Hobart relationships properly, from the first list onwards.

The Tasmanian private health landscape extends well beyond Hobart. Launceston anchors the north, with Calvary St Vincent's and St Luke's, and we'd collect your lists from those rooms just as we would in Hobart. The North-West Coast is served from Devonport and Burnie.
We'd be glad to talk with anaesthetists anywhere in Tasmania. The service is identical to what we provide everywhere else — direct relationships with your surgical rooms, a named Account Manager who learns how you practise, the same 4.5% + GST rate. The only thing that varies is which surgical rooms we'd be building relationships with on your behalf.

Our rate is 4.5% of what we collect, plus GST, invoiced monthly in arrears. There are no upgrade tiers, no setup fees, and nothing charged on rejected or uncollected claims.
Switching? Pick a cut-over date. Your previous biller keeps following up the claims it has already lodged; we'd bill everything from your first list with us, so nothing is billed twice. Ask them for final reports and keep portal access until those claims settle.
