First, we collect operating lists direct from each anaesthetist's surgical rooms ourselves — every week, automatically — so the anaesthetist never becomes the courier of their own data. Second, the anaesthetist remains the primary determiner of MBS codes for each case; Fast Tracking provides specialist quality-assurance review of every claim before submission — catching missed modifiers, time-unit errors, and sequencing issues — and remains the anaesthetist's administrative back office for ECLIPSE lodgement, health-fund liaison, patient invoicing, and rejection follow-up.
